The SIGNUM Thesaurus engine accepts inflected words and returns the synonyms in the same inflectional form as the word being queried. For example, for the word "librito" it will provide the following synonyms: "obrita, tratadito, manualito, textito", and others. This dictionary contains approximately 50,000 entries and more than 500,000 synonyms, antonyms and related expressions.

When the word that is being queried is an inflection that may be derived from more than one lemma, this engine returns the synonyms pertaining to each lemma. Thus, for the word "fui" deriving from the verb "ir", it will show "marché, caminé, partí" and others; and for "fui" from the verb "ser", it will show "existí, estuve, me hallé", and so on. The engine can show the grammatical category of each synonym and antonym found, and also indicates to what morphological inflection it pertains.
